I've been working in the catering industry for 16 years, and over the years I've developed a real passion for food and bringing people together through it.

I love creating beautiful grazing tables using fresh, seasonal ingredients and I'm especially passionate about using locally sourced produce wherever possible.

I also have a real love of baking sweet treats, which adds an extra homemade touch to what I create.

Food, for me, is all about quality, presentation, and creating moments people remember.
